UL94V-0 certified! Sulfon-based super engineering plastic with excellent heat resistance and heat water resistance.

"PES (Polyether Sulfone)" is a sulfone-based super engineering plastic with excellent heat resistance. The load deflection temperature is 203°C for unfilled material and 216°C for glass fiber reinforced material. It is certified UL94V-0 even without the use of flame retardants. It is resistant to oils such as gasoline and engine oil, greases, as well as cleaning solvents like chlorinated solvents and fluorinated solvents. Additionally, it has heat and water resistance, does not undergo hydrolysis, and can be used under hot water and steam conditions up to 160°C.
